We need to feel our planet's pain,
open our hearts, and help it heal."

Co-President, Simpli Home
Our road to change.
Simpli Home has set concrete milestones to help assess the impact of our environmental efforts now and in the future. We achieved our plastic-neutral goal in 2021 through our partnership with CleanHub. Our next milestone is to attain a plastic-positive environment rating by 2025. By 2030, Simpli Home aims to be one of the pioneer climate-positive furniture companies in the world.
Tree Planting Project
Giving back to the planet.
You can help us help the environment. Since 2023, for each purchase you make on our website, the Simpli Home Tree Planting Program will plant one mangrove tree in the Gazi Mangrove Forest, Kenya. This program is in cooperation with Evertreen.
Program goal: Offset 750 tons of CO2
The trees planted will also prevent soil erosion, create an ecosystem for animals and plants, and provide work for local populations.
Satellite monitoring
The health of the forest will be regularly monitored by satellites specialized for agriculture and via video updates from farmers.
Plastic-Neutral Products
Protecting our oceans.
Simpli Home is a plastic-neutral business. Thanks to our collaboration with CleanHub, ocean-bound plastic will be recovered and safely disposed of on our behalf.
Program goal:
Collect 70,000kg of plastic waste
The safe collection and recovery of ocean-bound plastic waste helps to support clean environments and create sustainable jobs in the global south.
Our collection partner
Green Worms Waste Management runs door-to-door collection services to intercept plastic waste before it can enter the environment. The collection efforts are performed by women self-help groups in Edavanna, India, and create critical employment opportunities in the community.
Ongoing collection and sorting
After the plastic waste has been collected, it is sorted into recyclables and non-recyclables. The recyclables are sold on local scrap markets, while the non-recyclables are co-processed. Co-processing, handled by waste management services provider Geocycle, refers to the recycling of mineral materials and the recovery of energy within one single industrial process.
Current total: 61,250kg
An amount equivalent to 61,250,80 plastic bottles (0.5l).
